(Burbank) – The Jerry Chou era at Monrovia did not get off to the start the M-Town faithful would have hoped for as Burbank proved that last season’s 38-20 was no fluke. The Bulldogs didn’t give up an offensive touchdown en route to a 33-7 win.

All hate mail can be directed to Tim Peterson or Joe Torosian. After watching Charter Oak dismantle Glendora it is apparent the path to championship glory goes through Charger territory. No other team has looked so complete in every facet of the game. 

Chargers Take Mayor’s Cup

by Andy Villanueva (Covina) – To say that Charter Oak made the Central Division foes rise and take notice is a complete understatement. The Chargers held Glendora to less than 100 yards for the better part of three quarters and dismantled the Tartans 28-7.

The hate mail will be flying after the new poll comes out. Out of the ranks are Monrovia who has looked less than stellar and returning is Claremont who was dropped last week.
