1.Former Burbank Bulldog James Williams had 117 total yards and two touchdowns in Washington State’s 69-7 blow out of Arizona.

2. The Rams went scoreless at home for three quarters and lost to the Panthers 13-10.

3. The LA Galaxy ended their 2016 season in Colorado Sunday losing 3-1 in penalty kicks.

4. After trading fan favorite A.J. Ellis for him earlier in the season, Carlos Ruiz career with the Dodgers is over after 62 games. He was traded  Sunday to the Mariners for left handed reliever Vidal Nuno.

5. Two ESPN reporters were denied entrance to this past Friday and Sunday’s Dallas Mavericks games because owner Mark Cuban was unhappy because the network doesn’t have a full time reporter to cover the team.

6. “Smokin Joe” Frazier passed away at the age of 67 from liver cancer on this day in 2011.

7. USC’s Ronald Jones II had 171 yards and four touchdowns in the Trojans win Saturday over Oregon.

8. On this day in 1943 the Detroit Lions and New York Giants played in the last scoreless tie.

9. The Kings have won two straight and have moved into a tie for third place in the Pacific Division.
