2. Terry Francona of the Cleveland Indians is named AL Manager of the Year and Detroit Tigers pitcher Michael Fulmer earns AL Rookie of the Year honors.
3. LA Rams defensive end Robert Quinn is hospitalized with a non-football illness. Ram HC Jeff Fisher says he’s doing well and should be back on the field soon.
4. The Seattle Seahawks released running back Christine Michael Tuesday.

6. The Minnesota Vikings released kicker Blair Walsh Tuesday and are planning to sign Kai Forbath.
