I would be tired of it to. All that talent and Bonita will win 3 games. Hello, it’s coaching and you don’t have it and we do. Same goes for West Covina. You guys had coaching in the pass, but the pass is the pass.

Might not be the same team but they were highly ranked and BG beat them. Still pretty damn good.

Tired of hearing about excuses for poor performance. Players graduated being the main one. Tired about optimistic predictions based on a freshman teams turnout and record. Hell BoHi freshman in 2015 were 10-0 and outscored opposition 480 to 27. Those freshman are now juniors and we are projected to go 3-7 and 1-4 in league. We slaughtered South Hills and Glendora frosh teams two years ago. What happened?

On to the topic at head.
I saw this match up coming 4 years ago after watching the best freshman game I’ve ever seen. The Eagles and Knights played to a 6-6 tie but the action was non stop. This game should look be up to the hype… you got star power in Camacho , Ocariz and Tovar
You got Defenders that bring it in Santana, Nava and SEMs Aguilar who hit Ocariz so hard last year his helmet flew off. Two coaching staffs who while not even still pretty good. In the end that makes the difference… Singiser and company are too much for a Gallardo’s clan. 48-21!

I’m upset that mvs removed my post. that’s all. the kid will remain anonymous because that’s just me. but fair is fair. the coach is responsible for his troops

Ok I get it… it is news but cmon you’re taking a bit too far don’t you think? You guys lost on the field, no need for this bitterness

Peramo was blasted routinely. Casteneda gets knocked everyday on this blog but then again Rosemead isn’t Arroyo and Matt isn’t Jim!

Rumor? Nope! its fact my boy. Like I said before whether you like it or not its news

  16. October 1, 2017 - 9:14 pm | Permalink

This should not take away from the showdown this Friday vs the Eagles. Honestly porkchop is a bitter guy from Rosemead who simply heard rumor and ran with it. The Knights will focused and undaunted come Friday…bet on that!

The insight is a member of our football team was suspended from school. Why isn’t important or any one else’s business. But as of now we’re without one our players. That’s the insight

MVS aka the Arroyo public relations team removes negative posts about Arroyo football. I read so much negativity on this site about other schools and specific coaches, but everything about Arroyo is all sunshine and rainbows. News is news whether we like it or not, whether it hurts our feelings or not the news is news. What is this communist Russia or North Korea?
P.S what happened to freedom of speech? No Censorship? I didn’t reveal the name of the suspect or his crime. only noted that there was an arrest and a suspension.

From Duane B.: I’m not sure what comment you are referring to that you say got removed. My only response would be is to what benefit would there be to post negative news about a minor who happens to play high school football? When it comes to coaches, sure we publish comments that criticize their play calling or decision making. But, when it just cheap shots about the way they look or dress or are attacks in personal nature those usually don’t get through.
On the topic of freedom of speech and censorship I want to make sure I get your point straight…you worried about freedom of speech and censorship but yet you don’t want to provide the readers with your real name and email?

  20. October 1, 2017 - 8:20 pm | Permalink

Even if you remove my post. The word is out, people know already. You cant erase history and how these three incidents were handled. Its clear there is huge deep rooted problems at Arroyo and dare I say systemic problems that start with some of those hot shot assistants how they talk and conduct themselves. the players actions reflect the leadership they are under.

Mira Costa still is ranked #6 in Div 6. SH is looking very solid right now. And of course they shook hands, shook hands with CO after losing that game too. Get over it already, it’s a rivalry game and these boys have not beaten WC at the varsity level since they’ve been there. And if correct the teams we’re gonna shake hands until your joke of a staff started yelling and confronting SH coaches. At that point it was time to split ways.

Proud of our Los Altos boys.. we lost so many skill players, o-line,d-line to graduation, we have a new coaching staff, we are smaller than most of the team’s we play, and we are very young. Many thought we wouldn’t win many games. Our boys have have played well so far..GO LOS ALTOS

Exactly my thought process, step by step analysis @BG grate
@Lavoz completely agree if they get stomped out by schurr or montebello , or even struggle with Alhambra then that label stay let’s hope it doesn’t become permanent like my alma mater SG, but I doubt it with this new coach

With all the Arroyo vs Schurr talk earlier this season, the match up that’s gonna mean a lot is South El Monte vs Schurr who look like they’re bound to meet in the D12 playoffs.

Beltran will have his team in the playoffs this season, guaranteed. Next season, BG will win league, guaranteed. Every other Almont coach knows this, but is powerless to stop it, because they refuse to change their stagnant coaching methods.

I believe Bg should stomp out Sg , and have an extremely convincing win over Alhambra to display strength and remove the rebuilding label from the program, or who ever is after sg in the almont(excluding Keppel of course)

We had better not hear any bragging from the graveyard school, because Newport Harbor is AWFUL this year. A win against St. Francis would stir some interest, but until then, silencio por favor.
