  1. The Dodgers have now won eight straight and 12 of their last 13 after a 9-2 win over the Houston Astros Tuesday night. They are 30-18 but still trail the San Diego Padres by 1/2 game in the NL West.  
  2. The Clippers lost to the Dallas Mavericks 127-121 Tuesday night to fall behind 2-0 in their First Round Western Conference Playoff series.  
  3. The Lakers beat the Phoenix Suns 109-102 Tuesday night to even their First Round Western Conference Playoff series at 1-1. 
  4. “Cowboy” Joe West broke the record for most games umpired in the history of Major League Baseball in the Chicago White Sox-St. Louis Cardinals game Tuesday night – his 5,376th game. 
  5. The Philadelphia Phillies placed outfielder Bryce Harper on the 10-day injured list with a bruised left forearm Tuesday. 
  6. The Brooklyn Nets beat the Boston Celtics 130-108 Tuesday night to take a 2-0 lead in the First Round Eastern Conference Playoff series. 
  7. Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson won’t attend OTAs and still wants a trade.

  9. Former CBS sportscaster, current Las Vegas Raiders play-by play announcer Brent Musburger turns 82 today. 
  10. Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones has requested a trade and the team acknowledged that they will be taking calls about the wide receiver.
