  1. The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Chargers 27-24 on Thursday Night Football. 
  2. The Colony at Pasadena game Friday night was pushed back to 7:30 p.m. due to transportation issues. 
  3. Phoenix Suns majority owner Robert Sarver was banned from the NBA and fined $10 million due to the league’s findings of workplace abuse. Minority owner Jahm Najafi has called for Sarver’s resignation. 
  4. 20-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer announced he is retiring from professional tennis. 
  5. Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams is expected to miss the rest of the seasons after suffering an injury to his quadriceps tendon. 
  6. Atlanta Falcons at Rams, SoFi Stadium, Sunday, 1:05 p.m. FOX. 
  7. USC is ranked seventh in the AP College Football poll this week.  
  8. The San Francisco 49ers signed former Houston Texans running back Marlon Mack to their practice squad. 
  9. On this day in 1957 the LA City Council approved a 300-acre site in Chavez Ravine for the Dodgers. 
  10. Former Dodgers pitching great/ current Dodgers announcer Orel Hershiser turns 64 today.
