Pasadena’s Wijay Commits to Houston

(Pasadena) – Pasadena quarterback Indiana Wijay has committed to Houston he confirmed on Twitter Monday.

Last season Wijay completed 157 of 234 passes for 2,116 yards and 25 touchdowns while leading the Bulldogs to a 9-2 overall record and into the first round of the CIF Division 3 playoffs.

“I’m excited to commit to the University of Houston and begin the next chapter of my Football Journey playing for the COUGS in the Big 12!” Wijay posted on Twitter.

Wijay graduates from Pasadena in June and will then report to Houston.

    Not a scholarship player. Loaded team that under performed. The Pacific is no longer a strong league. The entire SGV west is in serious decline.

    Would he have sniffed the field at Mater Dei?
    From T. Peterson: He would have backed up Elijah Brown which is probably the reason why he was at Pasadena. He transferred in from Chaminade. He’s good though. He can sling it. Good reads, footwork, strong arm, etc. Houston is getting a good one.
