  2. The Phoenix Suns fired head coach Frank Vogel after just one season. 
  3. Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverly was suspended four games for throwing a basketball multiple times at fans after a season ending loss to the Indiana Pacers in Game 6 Last Thursday night. 
  4. Former San Francisco 49ers defensive back/ Hall of Famer Jimmy Johnson passed away at the age of 86. 
  5. The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Boston Celtics 118-94 Thursday night to even the second round Eastern Conference playoff series at 1-1.  
  6. Former NBA forward Glen “Big Baby” Davis was sentenced to 40 months in prison Thursday for his November 2023 conviction in an alleged scheme to defraud the league’s health care benefits plan. 
  7. The Denver Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic was named the NBA’s Most Valuble Player for the third time in the last four years. 
  8. The Dallas Mavericks beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 119-110 Thursday night to even the second round Western Conference playoff series at 1-1.

    Hard to figure how Rendon damaged any leg muscles. He runs as hard as a duck.

    Coaching the Lakers tarnishes a guy’s career quicker than a criminal conviction. Speaking of criminal convictions, it looks like Glen “Big Baby” Davis is morally ideal to be our next president.
