Damien continues to win and continues to remain in the top spot. Downey scored 69 points and still barely survived. Charter Oak, Bonita and Northview all just keep on rolling. Rio Hondo Prep has scored 176 points in three games- video game numbers. Covina jumps in with a big win over Diamond Ranch.

If anyone thinks they are going to get by Monrovia in the Rio Hondo league, they better think again
Re:
“Held Schurr to one score in three quarters”
Games are four quarters.
They gave up four touchdowns in four quarters.
Don’t know about La Canada being #13. They haven’t played a team with a higher Cal Preps ranking of -22 so far.
Should be interesting to see how they fair against Santa Paula this week who is a -11 ranking. Temple City has the easiest non-league schedule of all Rio Hondo teams based on the Cal Preps rankings. So it’s hard to know how good this team really is. They are definitely improved, but without Douglas, who is a 2-way player, they will be challenged in the Rio Hondo. Monrovia is the top team in the Rio Hondo. That Freshman QB can sling it. I think San Marino will be #2 as they always step up for league play. They play CV who is a common opponent of LC and South Pas, so you make a comparison there. The #3 slot is probably going to be up for grabs between LC, SP and TC. I think the edge goes to LC at this point. However South Pas is the only Rio Hondo team to play an opponent that has a + Cal Preps ranking in Schurr and they held them to 1 score in 3 quarters. So as usual, the final playoff spot will come down to the last game of the season in the Rio.
Temple City ?
Great story , feel for the team following the injury of Judah . However , they haven’t played anyone and they are fifth team in Rio Hondo League hierarchy
The rest of your also getting votes category is reasonable.
La Canada should be 13
Muir 14
Monrovia 15
Temple City 16
