Floyd Mayweather Jr. (39-0, 25 knockouts), the Welterweight Champion and pound for pound king before he retired December 2007, announced his return to action Saturday afternoon at a press conference.
Mayweather, who turned 32 on Feb.24, also announced he expects to fight the #2 ranked boxer in the world Juan Manuel Marquez, (50-4-1, 37 KOs), on July 18th.
The winner of Marquez-Mayweather could get Manny Pacquiao, who knocked out Ricky Hatton in the second round Saturday night.
