- LeBron James reached 50,000 combined points for his career in the regular season and postseason Tuesday night in the Lakers win over the New Orleans Pelicans.
- Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving suffered a torn ACL and is out for the season.
- Duke freshman star Cooper Flagg scored 28 points in a 93-60 win over Wake Forest Monday night in what could be his final game at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
