@ NWO: They’re playing all three of their scheduled league games this week. I don’t make the schedule; I just found it on MaxPreps.
How did they NOT meet? Aren’t they both in the Almont league?
The Alhambra Moors and the Montebello Oilers are heading into yet another showdown for the Almont League baseball title.
The scheduling couldn’t have been better. The Moors (11-1 in league, 17-4-1 overall) and the Oilers (11-1, 16-6) have not met previously this season, but will go head-to-head three times during the coming week.
Alhambra will host a 3:45 game on Tuesday, and the Moors will travel to Montebello for games at 3:30 on Wednesday and Friday. The team that wins the three-game series will be the league champion.
