With that said, the Lakers are 9-2 without LeBron…and they beat a Knicks team yesterday that I always root for. I’m all in on Villanova and own a Bernard King jersey.

The Rams extend new corner Trent McDuffie at 4 years for 124-Rocks—100 guaranteed—, and it doesn’t kick in until 2027. His cap hit this year will only be 13.6-Rocks… That’s the kind of contract that tells me to go out and be somebody.

UConn HC Danny Hurley’s blow-up at the end of his team’s loss on Saturday to Marquette is exactly what it should have been.

The Cowboys will trade a 4th to the Packers for Edge Rashan Gary.

…And finally, the Raiders dealt Maxx Crosby to the Ravens on Friday. Great trade for Las Vegas. Baltimore is getting a great player, but is Crosby going to catch passes for Lamar Jackson? Is Crosby going to block, run, or fill in at quarterback when Jackson goes down?

Of course not, but he will be eating up valuable cap space that would otherwise allow those pieces to be put around Jackson.
