9. Green Bay Packers linebacker Micah Parsons, who suffered a torn ACL/ meniscus in Week 15 last season, said he is optimistic about returning for a Week 6 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys this year.
10. Former NBA star center/ Hall of Famer Patrick Ewing turns 64 today. Ewing, an 11-time NBA All-Star, spent 15 years with the New York Knicks. He won a national championship with Georgetown in 1984.
