By Tim Peterson (Carson) – Darren Mattocks goal in the 85th minute erased the Galaxy lead as D.C. United forged a 2-2 tie with LA Wednesday night before a sold out Fourth of July crowd of 25, 462 at StubHub Center.

Zlatan, Galaxy Shock LAFC

By Tim Peterson (Carson) – Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored two late goals, including one that will go down in history, to lead the Galaxy to a stunning come-from-behind 4-3 win over LAFC Saturday before a capacity crowd at Stubhub Center.

Galaxy Loses Late in DC

By Tim Peterson (Washington, DC) – Chris Pontius took a cross from Nick Deleon at the far post, outwrestled Dan Gargan and drove a header into the back of the net  in stoppage time to give DC United a 1-0 win over the Galaxy Saturday night.
