So, who owns the Dodgers? No one seems to be able to agree…I’m guessing if things go the right way…the City of Los Angeles will eventually own them. At which point will advocate for their return to Brooklyn.

The Rams are 6-6, first place in the NFC West, and life is worth living. I love it when my team wins…You know? It’s like better than losing!

Tell me Sunday night’s game between Pittsburgh and Baltimore wasn’t the best 13-10 game you ever saw.
That game was the perfect testimony for the best and worst of football…

Isn’t it odd what one game can do? Do you know Nick Bueno? Ellis McCarthy? Ryan Maddox? Derrick Johnson? Even Mike Minter?
But who was talking about Christian Blanco, honestly, before Saturday night? In the span of a few hours Blanco’s role went from complimentary to serious weapon.
Someone Whittier Christian will have to deal with this weekend.

Josh McDaniels is gone in Denver and now it is easy to see that Tim Tebow’s days in Denver may be closing as well…
I got the remedy, well actually Bad News Barker gave me the remedy, send Tebow to Philadelphia. Andy Reid seems to do pretty good with mobile southpaw quarterbacks who can’t make a throw from the pocket.

Isn’t it odd that a few hours on a certain Saturday night can you stay with you forever.
If you were on the field after the game at San Dimas Saturday night or at Ron Yary on Friday night, you saw how much the game means to those who play.

When San Dimas was called for holding in the second quarter against Monrovia, I heard applause from behind me…and I was on the Saints sideline…Turning quickly the riddle was solved. Whittier Christian was sitting in the bleachers…and I get the feeling they wanted the rematch with the Wildcats.

SD HC Bill Zernickow’s very subtle statement about playing Monrovia twice next season (2011) was interesting.

Heading into the 2009 finals I posted “Ten Reasons Why San Dimas Will Win”. Reason number five: “5. Schuster Syndrome – In 2007 Craig Schuster was the HC at Azusa…In 2008 he was the DC at San Dimas…In 2009 he arrived at Monrovia… The Saints have already disposed of the Aztecs…Guess who’s next?”
“I guess I’m not the jinx,” Schuster said to me after his defense held the San Dimas to only 14 points.
