ARCADIA 57 DOWNEY 36 – The Apaches used a 35 point second half to punch its ticket to the Lady Knights Tournament played at Arroyo High School.
Juliana Okamoto led all players with 19 points for Arcadia and Melody Chang scored 16.
MONROVIA 55 CHARTER OAK 30 – Gina Henderson scored 20 of her game high 25 points in the first half to help the Wildcats outscore the Chargers 36-14.
Henderson hit five of the six three-pointers for Monrovia with Maryssa Black hitting the other.
Monrovia advances to face Bishop Amat in the semi-finals.
SONORA 59 CALIFORNIA 40 – Ivory Hallstein rebounded after a quiet first half to lead the Condors with 11 points in its loss to the Raiders in the quarterfinals.
Hallstein was kept in check for most of the evening, but California hung with Sonora until the final quarter.
Jasmine Hills led all scorers with 25 points for the Raiders.
BISHOP AMAT 59 SIERRA VISTA 21 – The Lancers defense led the way by holding the high-paced Lady Dons to its lowest output of the season.
Bishop Amat used seven second quarter points by Michelle Yamamoto to pull away from Sierra Vista which could only muster 11 and 10 points in the half.
