Bonita finished off an impressive run in the Nike Tournament of Champions with a thrilling come from behind win. Down by eight in the third quarter the Bearcats clawed its way back to send the game into overtime before finally outlasting Orange Lutheran 59-55.
Madison Zylstra continued her hot shooting tying with a team-high 19 points and Nikki Wheatley also finished with 19.
Taylor Anderson helped the cause with 10 points of her own.
With the tournament in its rear view mirror, Bonita can now focus on a tough Hacienda League schedule that begins next week.
