The winter sports schedule continues to be fruitful for Bonita with the Girls Basketball team advancing to the Quarterfinals of the CIF Division 3A playoffs with a 77-38 win.Twelve of the fourteen players on the Bearcats roster scored points in the victory.
Madison Zylstra continued her impressive run in the post-season with a team-high 18 points.
Alysia Trejo led all players with 22 points in a losing effort.
Bonita now must head on the road for the first time during the playoffs when they face Palos Verdes on Wednesday night.
