Whittier Christian’s Stanley, Sanchez, Sign Letters Updated

(La Habra) – Wide receiver Cameron Stanley and linebacker Tim Sanchez of Whittier Christian have both signed letters of intent to play football for Trinity International University (NAIA) in Deerfield, Illinois.  

Stanley caught 87 passes for 1256 yards and 15 touchdowns to spark the Heralds offense. He led the Olympic League in almost every statistical category. Sanchez was a force defensively with 86 total tackles – over eight per game.

Whittier Christian won the Olympic League championship and advanced all the way to the CIF Mid Valley Final last year before falling to Monrovia.

Update: Quarterback Stephen Anderson, who threw for over 3000 yards and 31 touchdowns also signed to play for Trinity International. The Anderson – Stanley connection could continue for the next four years.
