(Alhambra)- Alhambra turned the ball over five times and was continually stopped in the red zone while falling to South Pasadena 6-5 Friday night at Moor Field.
Ezra Broadus, who has been running wild for the Moors in the first month of the season, was limited by the tough Tiger defense. Alhambra was also shut down three times on fourth down.
The Moors totaled 285 total yards on offense (153 passing, 132 rushing) but they were done in by costly mistakes.
Alhambra sufferred its first defeat of the year and is now 4-1 while South Pasadena improves to 3-1.
