Four second-half touchdowns propelled the Matadores (3-4, 2-1) to their second straight win in league as they broke a 27-27 halftime tie with the Eagles ( 3-4, 1-2) Friday night at Excelsior Stadium.
The Matadores’ scores included two touchdowns on special teams in the first half, a kickoff return by Keiyon Reyna and a punt return by Ruben Poncedeleon, as well as two rushing touchdowns by Andy Gramajo in the second half.
