1.         Monrovia’s DeShawn Ramirez score four times in huge win over Whittier Christian.

2.         Aaron Salgado scores three times in West Covina’s route of Pasadena.

3.         USC 50-0 over UCLA

4.         Arcadia’s Alex McElwee had five catches for 156 yards and two touchdowns in Arcadia’s loss to La Mirada.

5.         Tyler Michael and Michael Dingillo each had 11 tackles in La Serna’s win over Los Altos.

6.         Freshman Marquis Lee catches 13 for 224 yards and two touchdowns against the Bruins.

7.         On this day in 1929 Ernie Nevers (Chicago Cardinals) set an NFL record when he scored 40 points in a game. He scored six touchdowns and kicked four extra points.

8.         With six on Saturday Matt Barkley sets Pac 12 record with 39 touchdown passes.

9.         Muir shuts out Diamond Ranch 48-0
