The Ten

1.) Since Chris MacMillan became Arroyo’s OC in 2003 Knight quarterbacks have averaged 18 touchdown passes a season. This includes the mere 10 Steven Rivera threw as a freshman in 2008.

2.) On this date in 1973 Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Drew Pearson caught a deep post route from Roger Staubach between Los Angeles Rams cornerback Eddie McMillan and free safety Steve Preece for an 83-yard touchdown to secure a 27-16 first round playoff victory in Dallas. The Rams had comeback from a 17-0 deficit to make it 17-16 in the fourth quarter.
