The TEN

(“The Ten” is not a top ten, but ten items worth being included in The TEN)

1. Kentucky freshman forward Nerlens Noel is out for the season with a torn ACL.

2. Kobe Bryant scores only four points but the Lakers beat the Suns 91-85.

3. Boston’s Leandro Barbosa tore his ACL and is out for the year. Barbosa is the third Celtic player to suffer a season ending injury. Rajon Rondo also has a torn ACL and Jarred Sullinger had back sugery.

4. Snoop Dog and Diamond Bar.

5. West Covina DE Justin Hornsby has a couple of Division 2 offers and took a recent trip to South Dakota State. Hornsby suffered a season ending leg injury in September.

6. Temple City’s Eric Olivas.

7. Mason Plumlee scores 18 points and grabs 11 rebounds to lead Duke to a 73-68  win over North Carolina.

8. Arroyo falls to Servite 60-47 in the first round of the playoffs.

9. Former Buffalo Bill quarterback Jim Kelly turns 53 today.

10. “I’d like to see a lot more of the actions that tell me that winning is the most important thing to him, as well as being a Laker, and I don’t get that.
