Monrovia, Arroyo, Northview and San Marino all won but Paraclete came up against a juggernaut. We’ll find out about San Dimas this week when Valle Vista League play begins. We are still waiting for the jury results on undefeated teams like Baldwin Park and Pomona. Mid-Valley wildcard? How about Bell Gardens?

1. Monrovia (3-0) – Cats come through when it counts.

2. Paraclete- (2-2) – Spirits death march continues; Dorsey this week.

3. Arroyo (3-1) – Knights getting better every day.

4. Northview (4-0) – Another week, another rout for Vikings.

5. San Marino (2-1) – Titans show no mercy on Nogales.

6. Sierra Canyon (1-3) – Trailblazers get first with rout of Indian Springs.

7. Bell Gardens (2-1) – Lancers win the battle of the Bell.

8. Windward (3-0) – Wildcats just fine with Bye.

9. Baldwin Park (4-0) – Braves will be 5-0 entering October 11 showdown with San Dimas.

10. San Dimas (0-4) – Now we’ll find out; Saints open league with Northview this week.

11. Pomona (4-0) – Another win for Devils; Valle Vista opener with Covina Friday.

12. Viewpoint (3-1) – Big test this week with Windward.

13. Rosemead (2-1) – Steven Nava returns to lead win over Warren.

14. Covina (2-2) – Walnut is just what the Colts needed.

15. Gabrielino (3-1) – Eagles slip against Mar Vista.

16. Montebello (1-3) – Tough loss to El Rancho. Oilers should be fine in Almont.

17. La Canada (2-1) – Spartans run over by CV; that happens.

18. Mt. View (2-1) – Vikings hang with Pioneer.

19. Schurr (0-3) – Tough schedule but a win schurr would be nice.

20. South El Monte (1-2) – Eagles’ defense is getting shredded.
