Lots of changes this week as La Serna, Lynwood, and Bellflower all go down. El Rancho and Downey both make the leap into the Top 10 with big victories. St. Paul beat La Salle? What the? The Swordsmen aren’t in the Top 10 but they are in the mix.

1. La Mirada (6-1) – Matadores stay on top until someone knocks them off.

2. St. Francis (6-0) – The matchup we’ve all been waiting for. Golden Knights at Cathedral Friday night.

3. Cathedral (6-0) – Sophomore quarterback Andrew Tovar leads the undefeated Phantoms.

4. Crescenta Valley (6-0) – Falcons won’t be tested until Muir.

5. Norwalk (4-2) – Lancers move up after Bye; Artesia this week.

6. El Rancho (4-2) – It’s Air Lopez down at the Ranch.

7. La Serna (4-2) – Lancers will bounce back; Beltran promises.

8. Muir (3-3) – Mustangs loving the Pacific League.

9. Downey (3-3) – Vikes might still be best team in SGV League.

10. Lynwood (5-1) – Knights knocked off pedestal by Downey.

In the mix: Mayfair (3-4), Dominguez (4-2), Bellflower (5-2), California (4-2), St. Paul (4-2)
