Baldwin Park Coach James Heggins is preparing his troops for Whittier Christian this week
Here are the eight teams left in the playoffs and where we think they should be ranked. M-Town is the clear cut number one but after that there is plenty of room for argument.
1. Monrovia (11-0) – Wildcats haven’t lost a game. Where else should they be?
2. San Dimas (10-1) – Loss to Monrovia was wake up call for Saints.
3. Valley Christian (8-3) – Impressive in wins over Paraclete and LC.
4. Paraclete (7-4) – Sprits took no prisoners in LP. Monrovia is huge test.
5. San Marino (9-2) – Had too many weapons for Rosemead. Peaking at right time.
6. Baldwin Park (9-2) – Wardell Crutchfield gives Braves another dimension.
7. Whittier Christian (8-3) – 18 point leads aren’t safe against Heralds.
8. Azusa (10-1) – Nice win over Covina but San Marino is a different kettle of fish.
