1.  With Saturday’s win over Academy of Art, the APU Cougars improve their record to 12-1 overall and sit atop the PAC West Conference at 5-0. Robert Sandoval’s 6.3 assists per game also leads the conference.

2.  San Dimas Saint Ryan Ocampo is second in the Valle Vista League in scoring averaging 19.3 points per game.

3.  The Dodgers break the Yankees 15 year streak of paying the highest luxury tax. The Dodgers owe $26,621,125 in luxury taxes bases on their 2014 payroll.

4.  With his 218 yards on Sunday, Tony Romo surpassed Troy Aikman as the Cowboys all-time leader in passing yards.

5.  Former Los Angeles Dodger and San Diego Padre first baseman Steve Garvey turns 66 today.

6.  Muir’s Jermey Hayes leads the Pacific League in scoring at 20.8 points per game.

7.  The Los Angeles Kiss return to action on March 27, 2015. Their first home game will be Saturday April 11th against the newly formed Las Vegas Outlaws.

8.  On this day in 1969 “Pistol” Pete Maravich set a record hitting on 30 of 31 foul shots.

9.  The Anaheim Ducks are 8-2 in their last 10 games and now lead the Pacific Division by seven points.
