The California Showcase will be held on Saturday, February 21st at the Orange Country Great Park in Irvine, CA. —The Showcase is a FREE, one-day, non-profit event presented by former UCLA coach Terry Donahue and the National Football Foundation for high schools seniors to display their skills to Division II, III, and NAIA football programs. 9.) The AP confirmed All-Pro Seattle free safety Earl Thomas has a torn labrum in his left shoulder and is scheduled for surgery. Thomas injured the shoulder in the first half of the NFC championship game against Green Bay but returned to play in the second half and in the Super Bowl with a brace.
