1. The Dodgers put outfielder Carl Crawford on the 15 day disabled list. Crawford became the fourth Dodger to land on the disabled list in the last three days.

2. Former Laker guard Javaris Crittendon pleads guilty to a manslaughter charge.

3. Chris Davis hit a three run home run to lead the Baltimore Orioles to an 8-2 win over the Chicago White Sox Wednesday before an empty stadium at Camden Yards.

4. Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love is out four to six months after surgery on his dislocated left shoulder.

5. The NFL draft: Today though May 2.

6. The LA Galaxy will play host to Spanish giant Barcelona and Mexico’s Club America this July as part of the 10-team International Champion’s Cup.

7. Miami Dolphins defensive end Dion Jordan has been suspended for the 2015 season for violating he NFL’s substance abuse policy.
