“Colorado did a good job defensively cutting down passing lanes, ” said Galaxy head coach Bruce Arena. “You have to give them credit.” Arena wasn’t completely happy with the officiating though.

“The game was lousy. Everything about it was lousy. So that tells you what I think about the officiating,” Arena said.

The Galaxy had nine total shots on goal while the Rapids had five. LA had three on goal compared to two for Colorado.

The Galaxy were again without Robbie Keane who missed his fourth straight game with an injury. Jose Villarreal was also out with an injury.

LA is now 3-2-4 with the draw. Colorado moved to 1-2-6. The Galaxy extended their unbeaten streak at the StubHub Center to 27 games.
