(Carson)- The Galaxy jumped out to a 2-0 half time lead and continued the onslaught in the second half  in a 5-1 rout of Philadelphia Saturday night at StubHub Center.

Juninho and Baggio Husidic both scored in the first half to give the Galaxy a 2-0 lead at the break.

When play resumed Gyasi Zardes knocked one home off a pass from Robbie Keane to give the Galaxy a 3-0 lead. The Union responded with a goal but LA immediately answered with a goal from Stefan Ishizaki. For Ishizaki it was his first of the year.

Sebastian Lletget joined the party as he found the net off a feed from Zardes in the 70th minute and the celebration was about to begin.
