1. Former USC/Pittsburgh Steeler receiver Lynn Swann has been hired as the new Athletic Director at USC. Swann replaces Pat Haden and will begin on July 1.

2. Kobe Bryant scores 60 points in his last game to lead the Lakers to a 101-96 win over Utah.

3. Former first round pick, defensive lineman Dominique Easley has been waived by the New England Patriots.

4. Former Dodger/current Atlanta Braves outfielder Hector Olivera has been arrested after a woman accused him of assault at a hotel outside Washington.

5. The Golden State Warriors set the season record with wins with their 73rd as they beat Memphis 125-104.

6. The Sacramento Kings will fire HC George Karl today sources say.

7. Agent Drew Rosenhaus terminates his contract with Johnny Manziel and says unless Manziel gets help he will no longer represent him.
