Tyler Hazlet finishes off Mary Star

(Temple City) – Paul Kosanovich went four innings and Tyler Hazlet worked the final three as Temple City knocked off Mary Star of the Sea 5-2 Wednesday at home in the CIF Division 5 Wild Card game.
Hazlet helped himself as well with a two run double in the fifth inning to ice it. The Rams had a good day at the plate as Ryan Lewis had three hits, and Luke Halverson had two.
Justin Bowman scored the go ahead run before Hazlet capped it off with the two-bagger.
Next up for the Rams is a trip out to Capistrano Valley Christian on Friday.
