1. The Denver Broncos hire former Miami DC Vance Joseph as head coach.

2. The Buffalo Bills name Carolina Panthers DC Sean McDermott head coach.

3. The Los Angeles Clippers hire Kevin Garnett as a consultant.

4. USC moves up to number three in the final AP Top 25 poll behind Clemson and Alabama. Washington is fourth and Oklahoma fifth.

5. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Chargers are set to announce they are moving to Los Angeles.

6. Los Angeles Rams running back Tre Mason, who never reported to the team this season, was arrested early Tuesday morning in Florida for a fleeing incident dating back to last July.

7. Clemson’s Dabo Swinney wins the Bear Bryant Coach of the Year Award.

8. Mountain View is 3-0 in the Mission Valley League, 11-7 overall.

9. Maranatha is 7-7 overall (1-0 in the Olympic League).

10. Alabama is the early favorite in Las Vegas to win the national championship next year.

    every school wants to win NOW! thee are not enough coaches that can win higher than .500 so every school accept reality the only way to get a great coach you have to pay them good with a great job , some coaches work another job and they hardly get paid, only to have dumb parents who feel entitled yell at them, or admin little man syndrome people who have no clue about athletics end up firing them or getting involved. It doesn’t work! Hire young motivated and with knowledge of football and I don’t mean Madden Xbox games

    They need to hire a coach with an offensive mind. Watching the Rams offense was very upsetting this season.

    RAMS need a great HC or they will loose fans on the fence to the chargers, they have to have a better winning record next year

    EM will officially look for a head football coach as of Tuesday. That’s what sources a EM have told me.
