1.Jeff Bagwell, Tim Raines and Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez are the 2017 inductees to the MLB Hall of Fame.

2. LA Clipper Chris Paul required surgery Wednesday to repair a torn ligament in his thumb and will be out six to eight weeks.

3. Once the inked dried on Jermaine Jones’ contract, the LA Galaxy became the most represented club on the U.S. Men’s National Team with four players. Jones, Gyasi Zardes and recent call-ups Sebastian Lletget and Brian Rowe.

4. West Covina’s Nick Hart is averaging 30.8 points and and 11.6 rebounds for the Bulldogs.

5. Former Bronco and Chief quarterback Steve DeBerg turns 63 today.

6. The LA Kings have lost two straight and are 5-5 in their last 10 games and have dropped to 5th place in the Pacific Divsion.

7. Amanda Lee is averaging 19.3 point and 4.0 rebounds for the Mission Valley League’s first place Gabrielino Eagles.

8. On this day in 1972 Sandy Koufax, Yogi Berra and Early Wynn were elected to the MLB Hall of Fame.

9. Pasadena and Muir will battle for first place in basketball in the Pacific League Friday night a 6:00 pm at Muir High School.
