Jeff Cole Takes Over at Marshall

By Tim Peterson

(Pasadena) – Jeff Cole was named the new head coach at Marshall earlier this month sources confirmed Wednesday.

There were rumors earlier this year that Marshall was considering dropping football but now the Eagles will field a football team at not only the varsity level but a lower level as well.

The Eagles went 6-4 overall last year and 3-3 in the Mission Valley League including a win over Rosemead in the season finale. Cole takes over for Scott Faer, who stepped down after the season.
