Rosemead Walks off on Marshall

By Corey Kowk (Rosemead) – With two outs and the bases juiced in the bottom of the seventh, Dominic Rangel belted a walkoff single to centerfield, scoring Niko Higareda to give Rosemead an 11-10 win over Marshall Wednesday in Mission Valley League action. 

Aguilar Announced at Bonita

By Tim Peterson (La Verne) – Former South El Monte coach Ibis Aguilar has been hired as the new head coach at Bonita pending board approval Aguilar confirmed Wednesday.

Eagles Soar to MVL Title

By Tim Peterson Zekiah Lovett scored 29 points, including 21 in the second half, to lead Gabrielino to a 73-39 rout of Rosemead Friday night. With the victory, the Eagles ran the Mission Valley League table with a perfect 12-0 record.
