(San Gabriel) – Justin Bowman threw for 134 yards and a pair of touchdowns to lead Temple City to a 35-7 rout of Gabrielino Friday night.
Bowman finished off the first half with a touchdown strike to Daniel Centeno. On the Rams first series, Sam Jackimowicz capped a drive with a five-yard TD run.
In the second half, Keefe Irsjad put the game away with a pick six of Eagle quarterback Steven Gomez.
The Rams improved to 2-2 with the victory and will host San Gabriel next week. Gabrielino, now 1-2, will open Mission Valley League play next Friday night at Arroyo.
