  1. Former St. Francis star Max Garrison is expected to play safety at San Diego State. 
  2. The Baltimore Ravens are set to sign kicker Justin Tucker to a four-year, $24 million extension. 
  3. Boston Red Sox starter Chris Sale broke his right wrist in a bike accident and underwent season ending surgery Monday. 
  4. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Tuesday the evidence calls for at least a full-year suspension for Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson. 
  5. Browns receiver/kick returner Jakeem Grant suffered a possible torn Achilles in practice Tuesday.
  6. Rams head coach Sean McVay announced Tuesday that he has signed a contract extension. 
  7. Chicago Bears linebacker Roquan Smith has requested a trade after contract negotiations with the team have stalled. 
  8. The Toronto Blue Jays signed veteran outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. to a one-year contract.  
  9. Chicago Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward won’t be back with the club in 2023. 
  10. The Dodgers have the best record in baseball at 75-33 coming into Tuesday night’s action.

    The Dodgers have been a joy to watch this year. Mookie and Freddie have made a huge impact on the play and confidence of the whole team. I’m thinking this years World Series victory won’t have an asterisk next to it. Go Dodgers!
