  1. Lucas Havrisik kicked a 22-yard field goal with 1:31 left in the game to lift the Rams to a 17-16 win over the Seattle Seahawks Sunday. The Rams are 4-6 on the season.   
  2. The Chargers lost to the Green Bay Packers 23-20 to fall to 4-6 on the year. 
  3. The Denver Broncos beat the Minnesota Vikings 21-20 on Sunday Night Football. 
  4. Free Agent pitcher Aaron Nola retuned to the Philadelphia Phillies signing a seven-year, $172 million deal. 
  5. AP College Football Top 5: 1. Georgia 2. Ohio St. 3. Michigan 4. Washington 5. Florida St. 
  6. USC had 3 total rushing yards in a 38-20 loss to UCLA Saturday. 
  7. Syracuse fired head football coach Dino Babers after eight years. Syracuse is 5-6 this season. 
  8. USC’s Bronny James warmed up with his teammates before a game for the first time this season after suffering cardiac arrest in July during a team workout. 
  9. West Covina HC Mike Maggiore will be going for his fourth CIF title this Saturday night against Torrance at home in the Division 10 Final.  
  10. Utah quarterback Cam Rising will return to Utah in 2024 for his seventh college season. Rising stated his college football career at Texas and took a redshirt year there in 2018 and at Utah in 2019. He only played one game in 2020 due to COVID-19 and never played this season due to a significant knee injury.

    I think highly of him as QB; he’s 24 now and will be 25 when he plays next year
