1. The NFL announced that Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter will not miss any future games for spitting on Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. They announced that since Carter was ejected from last week’s game without participating in a play that would be considered that he has already served a one-game suspension. 
2. The Minnesota Vikings beat the Chicago Bears 27-24 on Monday Night Football. 
3. San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle was placed on the injured list Tuesday with a hamstring injury.   
4. Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has been accused of domestic violence by his estranged wife. Hill has denied the charges.  
5. The Chicago Bulls re-signed Josh Giddey to a four-year, $100 million extension. 
6. USC at Purdue. Saturday 12;30 PM, CBS. 
7. New Mexico at UCLA, Rose Bowl, Friday night 7:00 PM. 
8. The 49ers also waived kicker Jake Moody and signed veteran kicker Eddy Pineiro. 
9. The Rams are at Tennessee Sunday at 10:00 AM on CBS.
