Pasadena’s Season Comes to an End

By Corey Kwok (Monrovia)- Daniel Hamilton’s banker from up top with 1.8 seconds left lifted St John Bosco past Pasadena 53-51 in a CIF State Division 3 Southern California semifinal Tuesday night at Monrovia High School’s Don Montgomery Sports Center.

Bulldogs in a Winning State, 72-55

  (Pasadena) – Brandon Jolley scored 20 Points and Blake Hamilton added 16 to lead Pasadena to a 72-55 win over South Torrance Wednesday night  in the first round of the CIF State Division III Playoffs. The Bulldogs were tied at 30 at halftime but broke it wide open in the fourth qaurter and won going away.

Muir Steals one at Dog House

(Pasadena) – Muir had the better record. The Mustangs had lost once all year. But the prevailing feeling was that Pasadena had played a tougher schedule and was the better team. And with a home game, the Bulldogs had a decided advantage going into Friday night’s key Pacific League matchup with Muir.

Pasadena Tips Off With 67 Point Win
