The Peterson Principle 7/5/11

Tim Peterson
While Hall of Fame Coaches Ryan Maddox and Darryl Thomas continue take the slings and arrows after last week’s All-Star contest I’ve been thinking about more important things.
Based on the comments that have surfaced since the game was played one would think that the Super Bowl was on the line. Anyway yeah it would [...]

The Peterson Principle 6/14/11

Tim Peterson
There was San Gabriel’s run to the CIF Finals in 2003 and Rosemead’s in 2008. South El Monte and Arroyo both had semi final appearances in the last ten years and Monrovia is still basking in the glory of last year’s first ever CIF Championship. But the most improbable CIF title in the last [...]

Area quarterback specialist Michael McKay when he was at Tulane
Good Afternoon!
T-Minus-163 Days until “The Mid Valley Classic”
When you think of the Oakland Raiders and the furious rumors having Philly’s Donovan McNabb being traded there, you have to think about current Raider quarterback JaMarcus Russell and the 32-million guaranteed (6-years, 61-million overall) he got when he [...]

"Only the strong survive!"
Good Evening!
I get this feeling, after UCLA calls a timeout near the end of its eventual loss to USC on Saturday night, Peter Carroll said to Matt Barkley; “Sweep the leg!”
And I thought Rick Neuheisel, who is still the best quarterback on the UCLA campus, was right on the money when said [...]

Pasadena players take the time to let Muir know "The Tussle" will be tough.
Good Evening!
I’m trying, I’m really trying to get into the NBA…The Clippers are 3-4…hooray, hooray, hooray!
Now what is interesting is former Arcadia/Pasadena baller Nigel Ajere is making his debut at Cleveland State tonight.
Best birthday wishes to Mid Valley favorites Tim Hawkins (Arroyo [...]
