Mustangs Race Past Glendale
(Pasadena) – Muir went on a 17-2 second quarter run to erase a five point deficit and went on to rout Glendale 75-55 Friday night in Pacific League action.
Muir Steals one at Dog House
(Pasadena) – Muir had the better record. The Mustangs had lost once all year. But the prevailing feeling was that Pasadena had played a tougher schedule and was the better team. And with a home game, the Bulldogs had a decided advantage going into Friday night’s key Pacific League matchup with Muir.

Pasadena Rallies; Remains Perfect in Pacific
By Corey Kwok (Pasadena) – Pasadena, tied at 13 after one, was hit by a 16-0 Muir run the second quarter that left the Bulldogs in a big hole. Unfazed, the Dogs battled back and eventually subdued the Mustangs 54-51 Friday night in Pacific League action at Muir High.

By Corey Kwok (La Salle) – Muir (5-2) held La Salle (7-4) to eight points through the initial 14 minutes of play and continued to assert command through out en route to an easy 63-36 win over La Salle Monday night in the La Salle-Temple City Holiday Classic.
