The Gold Coast League (Ocean and Valley) dominates the top of the list. Rosemead breaks into the top ten for the first time this year pulling off the upset over Arroyo. Pomona dropped again but don’t go to sleep on the Red Devils or you’ll regret it.
Rosemead Goes For Two and Gets the Glory
By Duane Barker (El Monte) The Rosemead Panthers traveled east on Lower Azusa Avenue to do battle with Mission Valley League rival Arroyo Friday night. A slow start turned into a big finish as the Panthers edged the Arroyo Knights 28-27, the final score coming with just :11 remaining in the contest.
