By Tim Peterson (Covina) – Charter Oak beat St. Francis in the Semi-Finals and then knocked off Rancho Cucamonga 16-14 on a touchdown pass from Corin Berry to Antonio Reasby in the final seconds of the championship game to win the Big Lou Memorial Super 7 v 7 Charter Oak Tournament Saturday.

Foothill Area Votes are In
By Tim Peterson The Foothill Area re-leaguing voting took place Thursday and some big changes are coming. Proposal C, which was brought by the Pacific/Del Rio Leagues, won with a vote of 63 percent. It will consist of four conferences and will be broken down into leagues to create competitive equity within each conference.

There are proposals on the table for the Foothill League re-leaguing that could see local leagues like the Rio Hondo, Pacific, Almont, Mission Valley and Del Rio all merge into super conferences.
