(La Mirada)- “Our goal is to win a CIF championship every year,” says La Mirada HC Mike Moschetti. Heading into his fourth season leading the Matadores, Moschetti has heard the complaints and taken the heat but will let his team do the talking through a brutal non-league schedule and a ever improving Suburban League.

(Alhambra)- “I’m ready to go,” says Alhambra HC Joe Kanach. “We’re excited about what we got.”

(Azusa)- Azusa Pacific head coach Victor Santa Cruz was happy with the first day in full uniform, but also expects it to be the worst day going forward. “If we progress and keep doing what we need to do to get ready of for (UC) Davis, then this should be our worst practice,” he said.
