Good Morning!

T-Minus-27 until Manny Ramirez returns to Dodgers lineup

Florida State beats Ohio State 37-6 and it wasn’t even a BCS game…

Obligatory Mention of John Scanlan for the Day: I’m still waiting for ScanMan’s assessment of Dodger rookie Jamie Hoffmann…

Go Orlando!…And I’m not talking Woolridge…

Did anyone catch Charles Barkley’s little cough and profanity on Saturday night?

Unless the league mandates, like the ridiculous coach interview between quarters of an NBA game, who says anybody has to talk to the press?

I love it when some “journalist” gets all worked up about the obligation of a player or coach to talk to them.

Heads up, its a free country! Just because you have a media credential neither LeBron James, Rat Dog John Gillette, or Keith Jones is required to talk to you.

Its amazing what a little newsprint and a website can convince people of…Regarding what they think they deserve.

No coach or player, ever has to talk to me…My only condition is don’t embarrass one of my guys…

Is it an old joke to describe the Detroit Red Wings as the Red Army?

Pittsburgh Penguins? Shouldn’t they be the “Fighting Penguins”… As my good friend Emanuel Ravelli would say; “then you’ve got something…”

Expect South El Monte at La Salle tomorrow afternoon to be something like a war. Those are a couple of tough softball teams.

If you are going to have a blog…you have to have freedom of expression…All I can say to our animated friends is thanks for clicking on…second give Felipe Aguilar a shot at Los Altos with all that has gone on there he’s gonna need time…

Mea Culpa: The blog pointed out my error in mentioning Isaic Ramirez as returning to Los Altos this fall…My bad, I was working off of an old list and did not ask Aguilar about him…

Mea Question: Is South Hills going to get all of its transfers cleared by CIF before September?

I know the area between San Gabriel and Rosemead has been a battleground in the past, but until I see a kid transfer from City Section or Pasadena that is 6’5” 260 into the Mead program I’m gonna give the Panthers the benefit of the doubt.

Stay thirsty my friends…
